Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Retail Sales Assistant – Sales Team Support to join our fast‑growing consumer goods division. This role focuses on promoting Omega Indoegg eggs, a premium egg brand known for its high nutritional value and superior taste. The successful candidate will work primarily in supermarkets, engaging directly with shoppers, delivering product education, and driving daily sales performance.
The position is open to motivated female candidates aged 18‑27 who are eager to develop a career in retail sales and build strong communication and customer‑service skills. No prior experience is required, though previous work as a sales promotion girl (SPG) is considered a valuable asset.
Responsibilities
- Conduct on‑site product promotions and educational talks about Omega Indoegg eggs to supermarket visitors.
- Explain the unique benefits, nutritional advantages, and quality differences of the product compared to competitors.
- Set up and maintain eye‑catching product displays, ensuring shelves are tidy, well‑stocked, and visually appealing.
- Perform product sampling sessions in accordance with company guidelines, handling food safety and hygiene standards.
- Assist in achieving daily sales targets by actively engaging shoppers, answering questions, and recommending usage ideas.
- Record and submit accurate daily sales reports, inventory counts, and activity logs to the sales supervisor.
- Collaborate with store managers and other retail staff to coordinate promotional events and seasonal campaigns.
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times, adhering to the company’s dress code and grooming standards.
- Utilize personal social media (especially Instagram) to amplify brand visibility, share promotional content, and interact with customers online.
- Provide feedback on consumer preferences, competitor activity, and shelf performance to help refine marketing strategies.
Requirements
- Female candidates only; age between 18 and 27 years.
- High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; friendly, confident, and persuasive.
- Clean, neat, and presentable appearance with a professional demeanor.
- Basic understanding of product knowledge tools and sales reporting systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, specifically Monday‑Friday, 15:00‑20:00.
- Willingness to be stationed in various supermarket locations as required.
- Honest, disciplined, and accountable with a strong work ethic.
- Active Instagram account for brand promotion (must be shared with the employer for verification).
- Previous experience as a sales promotion girl (SPG) is advantageous but not mandatory.
