Introduction

We are actively seeking energetic and reliable Waiters to join our service team in the vibrant city of Semarang. This full‑time position offers a competitive UMK (regional minimum wage) salary with no hidden fees or recruitment charges. Ideal candidates are male, have completed at least senior high school (SMA/SMK) or an equivalent qualification, and are ready to deliver exceptional hospitality experiences to our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests promptly and courteously, presenting menus and answering basic inquiries about dishes and beverages.
  • Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring any special requests or dietary restrictions are clearly communicated to the kitchen staff.
  • Serve dishes and beverages in a timely manner, maintaining proper table etiquette and adhering to hygiene standards.
  • Monitor tables throughout the dining period, refilling drinks, clearing used plates, and addressing any additional needs with a proactive attitude.
  • Collaborate closely with kitchen, bar, and host/hostess teams to coordinate service flow and minimize wait times.
  • Handle payment transactions, prepare bills, and process cash or electronic payments while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including setting and resetting tables, polishing cutlery, and ensuring dining areas meet safety regulations.
  • Participate in regular staff briefings and training sessions to stay updated on menu changes, promotional offers, and service standards.
  • Assist with inventory checks for tableware and supplies, reporting any shortages to management.
  • Uphold the brand’s reputation by delivering consistent, friendly, and professional service to every guest.

Requirements

  • Gender: Male
  • Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent
  • Age: At least 19 years old (no upper age limit)
  • Residence: Must be domiciled in Semarang
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven experience in food and beverage service
  • Key Skills:
    • Proficiency in food and beverage service procedures
    • Ability to convey information with a warm, friendly tone
    • Quick adaptability to dynamic restaurant environments
    • Attention to detail and agility in multitasking
  • Work Schedule: 08:00 – 17:00, with specific working days to be communicated during the interview process.
