Introduction
PT. Solusi Finansial Indonesia is seeking a motivated Pengumpul Lapangan (Field Collector) to join our dedicated team in Wonogiri. The role is pivotal in maintaining healthy cash flow by ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments from our valued customers. Candidates will work directly in the field, interacting with clients, negotiating payment terms, and representing the company’s professional image. Responsibilities
- Conduct on‑site visits to customers within the assigned Wonogiri area to initiate and follow up on payment collection activities.
- Explain billing statements, address customer inquiries, and negotiate feasible repayment plans while adhering to company policies.
- Collect cash, checks, or electronic payment confirmations and issue receipts promptly.
- Maintain accurate daily and weekly collection logs, updating the central CRM system with visit outcomes, payment status, and any disputes.
- Prepare and submit detailed visit reports, including geographic mapping, customer feedback, and recommended actions for senior management.
- Achieve or exceed predefined collection targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) each month.
- Collaborate with the credit control team to flag high‑risk accounts and assist in the development of escalation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including data privacy and proper handling of financial documents.
- Maintain the company‑provided two‑wheel vehicle in good condition and ensure a valid SIM C license is always on file.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in collections; 2 years preferred.
- Male candidates only, as per current operational policy.
- Valid Indonesian SIM C and personal motorcycle capable of daily travel within the assigned territory.
- Strong knowledge of the Wonogiri area, including local neighborhoods, businesses, and transportation routes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to remain calm and persuasive under pressure.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM tools) and ability to generate clear reports.
- Demonstrated integrity, reliability, and a customer‑focused attitude.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Friday, 08:00–17:00, with occasional overtime for urgent collection tasks.
