Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Pramuniaga Fashion – Penjualan Produk Mode Terpercaya to join our vibrant retail team. This role is based in the Ambulu area and offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about fashion, customer service, and sales. As a front‑line sales associate, you will represent a trusted fashion brand, helping customers discover the latest trends while delivering an exceptional shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, assess their fashion needs, and provide personalized product recommendations.
- Maintain an in‑depth knowledge of the current collection, seasonal trends, and brand storytelling to effectively communicate product value.
- Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system, process cash and card transactions, and issue accurate receipts.
- Manage inventory on the sales floor, conduct regular stock checks, and ensure merchandise is neatly displayed according to visual merchandising standards.
- Assist with receiving new shipments, unpacking, and organizing back‑room stock while adhering to loss‑prevention procedures.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints courteously, and follow up on after‑sales service to foster repeat business.
- Collaborate with the store manager and fellow associates to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Participate in periodic training sessions on product knowledge, sales techniques, and store policies.
- Uphold store cleanliness, arrange fitting rooms, and ensure the fitting area reflects a welcoming atmosphere.
- Contribute ideas for promotional displays, in‑store events, and community outreach to strengthen brand presence.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Gender: Female (per company policy).
- Age: Up to 30 years old (maximum).
- Preferably with prior experience as a sales associate or pramuniaga in a fashion retail environment.
- Residency in Ambulu or surrounding neighborhoods is highly preferred for reliable commute.
- Demonstrated honesty, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to engage with diverse customers.
- Basic proficiency with store management systems and POS software.
- Flexibility to work a full schedule: Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, including occasional overtime during promotional periods.
- Positive attitude, team‑spirit, and willingness to learn and adapt to fast‑changing fashion trends.
