Introduction
Garmora, a dynamic apparel and textile company based in Indonesia, is seeking a reliable and proactive Crew Operasional Kurir dan Helper to support daily logistics, vehicle maintenance, and on‑site assistance. This full‑time position is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of company vehicles, timely delivery of goods, and the overall safety of staff assets. The role offers a stable schedule from Monday to Saturday, with transportation provided by the company, and is ideal for candidates who are detail‑oriented, possess a valid driving license, and are ready to start immediately.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular checks of engine oil and overall vehicle condition to guarantee safe and efficient operation.
- Purchase and restock small tools, maintenance supplies, and other essential equipment required for daily tasks.
- Provide school pick‑up and drop‑off services for the owner’s children, ensuring punctuality and safety.
- Safeguard all employee personal vehicles parked on company premises, monitoring access and reporting any irregularities.
- Collect, transport, and deliver fabric and finished garments to external tailors or production partners.
- Assist in loading and unloading fabrics, finished shirts, and other textile products during production cycles.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to maintain an organized inventory of raw materials and finished goods.
- Report any vehicle issues, accidents, or incidents to the Operations Manager promptly.
- Support miscellaneous errands such as courier pick‑ups, office supply runs, and small ad‑hoc tasks as directed.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Male candidates (Laki‑laki) preferred due to the physical nature of the role.
- Valid SIM C; SIM A (motorcycle and car) is highly preferred.
- Proficient in operating both motorbikes and cars safely and responsibly.
- Maximum age of 35 years.
- Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and reliability.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with staff, drivers, and external partners.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
- Readiness to start work immediately.
