We are seeking a dedicated Crew Outlet Executive to join our growing pharmacy‑focused retail team in Kalinyamatan and the surrounding area. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily outlet operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and compliance with health‑safety regulations.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment of pharmaceutical and health‑care products.
- Lead a small team of sales associates, providing coaching, performance feedback, and scheduling to maintain optimal staffing.
- Maintain accurate records in the store management system, including sales reports, expiry dates, and incident logs.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, offering product recommendations, and resolving complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Implement promotional activities and in‑store merchandising strategies to boost sales of high‑margin items.
- Ensure strict adherence to pharmacy laws, ethical standards, and company policies, especially those related to medication handling and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with the regional manager to develop quarterly sales targets and operational improvement plans.
- Participate in regular training sessions on product knowledge, regulatory updates, and customer service excellence.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for senior management review.
Requirements
- Female candidate who wears a hijab (Muslimah) and demonstrates honesty, integrity, and trustworthiness.
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Pharmacy, Health Sciences, or a related natural science field.
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience, preferably in a pharmacy setting or health‑care retail environment.
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
- Residency in Kalinyamatan or nearby districts to ensure reliable punctuality.
- Commitment to a minimum one‑year contract.
- Proficiency in using store management software and basic computer applications.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, both spoken and written.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
