We are currently looking for a Senior Video Editor to lead the post‑production process, elevate the visual quality of our output, and mentor junior editors in a collaborative, deadline‑driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end post‑production for TVCs, digital advertisements, social‑media clips, showreels, and trailer edits, ensuring each piece meets brand guidelines and creative vision.
- Collaborate closely with directors, producers, motion‑graphics artists, and sound designers to refine storyboards and deliver cohesive final cuts.
- Perform advanced colour grading to achieve consistent visual tones and enhance the emotional impact of each project.
- Create and integrate motion‑graphics elements, titles, lower thirds, and visual effects that align with the overall aesthetic.
- Manage and organize raw footage, assets, and project files using industry‑standard asset management practices.
- Maintain a streamlined workflow by setting up timelines, proxies, and render settings in software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
- Mentor junior editors, conduct training sessions, and provide constructive feedback to foster skill development within the team.
- Ensure all deliverables are exported in the correct formats and specifications for broadcast, web, and mobile platforms.
- Stay up‑to‑date with emerging editing techniques, software updates, and industry trends to continuously improve production quality.
- Assist in pre‑production planning by reviewing scripts, storyboards, and shot lists to anticipate editing challenges.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; a degree or certification in film, media, or a related field is a plus.
- At least 3–5 years of professional video editing experience, preferably in advertising or broadcast environments.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects), DaVinci Resolve, and other post‑production tools.
- Strong understanding of motion graphics, colour theory, and visual storytelling.
- Demonstrated ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
- Open to working Monday through Saturday, 08:00–17:00, with occasional overtime for urgent projects.
