Responsibilities

- Serve as a waiter and server, greeting guests, taking orders, and delivering food and beverages promptly.
- Assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation, plating, and ensuring orders are completed on time.
- Adhere strictly to SOPs for food safety, hygiene, and service standards.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and storage rooms throughout each shift.
- Prepare and package online orders, coordinating with delivery partners to ensure timely dispatch.
- Generate daily reports that include sales figures, inventory levels of key items such as bakso, and any discrepancies.
- Conduct regular stock counts, update inventory logs, and alert management when re‑ordering is required.
- Engage with customers to resolve complaints, answer inquiries, and provide personalized recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with team members, supporting colleagues during peak periods and sharing knowledge of best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Open to candidates of any age and gender.
- No prior experience required; a willingness to learn and adapt is essential.
- Strong communication skills, especially when interacting with customers.
- Professional service etiquette and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Team‑oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively in a busy environment.

- Flexibility to work a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays, from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
