Introduction
We are seeking a proactive Administrator Operasional Marketplace to join our dynamic e‑commerce team. This role is designed for a detail‑oriented professional who thrives in a fast‑paced online retail environment and can ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations across multiple marketplace platforms such as Tokopedia, Shopee, and TikTok Shop. The successful candidate will be a female applicant, up to 25 years of age, with a minimum of a high school diploma and at least one year of hands‑on experience managing marketplace accounts.
Responsibilities
- Create, update, and optimize product listings on Tokopedia, Shopee, and TikTok Shop, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, and high‑quality images.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with the procurement team, and trigger replenishment orders to avoid stock‑outs.
- Process incoming orders, verify payment status, and coordinate shipment details with logistics partners.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve disputes, and maintain a high level of seller rating by delivering prompt and courteous service.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports covering sales, traffic, conversion rates, and marketplace fees.
- Conduct regular market research to identify trending products, competitor pricing strategies, and promotional opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to launch flash sales, coupon campaigns, and bundle offers across all platforms.
- Ensure compliance with each marketplace’s policies, including product authenticity, advertising standards, and return procedures.
- Maintain organized digital records of invoices, shipping documents, and vendor contracts.
- Continuously seek process improvements, propose automation tools, and share best practices with the wider operations team.
Requirements
- Female candidates only, age 25 or younger.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience as an admin for online marketplaces (Tokopedia, Shopee, TikTok Shop).
- Proficient in computer operations, including Microsoft Office, spreadsheet analysis, and basic image editing tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a problem‑solving mindset.
- Basic understanding of e‑commerce logistics, payment gateways, and customer service principles.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
