Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented HR Attendance & Presence Manager to join our growing team in Kabupaten Grobogan. This full‑time position works Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, and offers a dynamic environment where you will collaborate with both HR specialists and line managers to ensure accurate tracking of employee attendance, leave, and overall presence. Responsibilities
- Maintain and regularly update the master attendance database, ensuring that daily clock‑ins, clock‑outs, overtime, and shift swaps are recorded accurately.
- Process all types of leave requests (annual, sick, maternity/paternity, emergency) and verify supporting documentation before approval.
- Generate weekly and monthly attendance reports for senior management, highlighting trends such as absenteeism, lateness, and overtime usage.
- Coordinate with the payroll department to guarantee that attendance data feeds correctly into salary calculations, bonuses, and statutory contributions.
- Conduct periodic audits of attendance records to identify discrepancies, resolve them promptly, and ensure compliance with local labor regulations.
- Provide guidance and training to supervisors and employees on the proper use of the attendance management system and related HR policies.
- Assist the HR team in broader administrative tasks, including onboarding paperwork, employee file maintenance, and data entry into the Human Resource Information System (HRIS).
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding attendance, punctuality, and related benefits, delivering clear and courteous communication.
- Collaborate with the health and safety officer to monitor employee presence during emergencies or special events.
- Continuously seek process improvements, suggesting automation tools or streamlined workflows to reduce manual effort and increase data integrity.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any discipline; HR, Business Administration, or related fields are a plus.
- Strong understanding of HR administration and employee attendance data management.
- Excellent communication skills; able to interact professionally with staff at all levels.
- High attention to detail and a methodical approach to data entry and record keeping.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and PowerPoint for reporting.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Willingness to relocate to and work on‑site in Kabupaten Grobogan.
- Basic knowledge of Indonesian labor law regarding attendance, leave, and overtime is advantageous.
- Familiarity with HRIS or attendance management software (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Zenefits, or local systems) is a strong asset.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; any prior internship or 0–2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles is considered relevant.
