Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Bidang Kebidanan (Midwife) to join our dynamic team at Klinik Ash‑shiddiq Ciwalen. Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care, including routine examinations, health education, and counseling.
- Assist in normal deliveries and manage complications according to established protocols, ensuring the safety of both mother and baby.
- Conduct prenatal yoga sessions, creating tailored programs that improve maternal flexibility, reduce stress, and promote overall wellbeing.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date patient records using electronic medical systems, and generate reports for clinical audits.
- Collaborate with obstetricians and pediatricians to develop individualized care plans for high‑risk pregnancies.
- Participate in community outreach initiatives, offering workshops on nutrition, breastfeeding, and newborn care.
- Ensure compliance with national health regulations, including the proper use and renewal of STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi) and APN (Advanced Practice Nursing) certifications.
- Utilize computer applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to prepare educational materials, schedule appointments, and manage inventory of medical supplies.
- Demonstrate professional appearance, courteous behavior, and effective communication with patients, families, and staff.
- Contribute to continuous quality improvement projects, suggesting process enhancements based on clinical observations.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 in Midwifery with a valid, active STR.
- Preferred experience in assisting normal deliveries and managing obstetric emergencies.
- Certified Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) and proven experience as a Prenatal Yoga instructor.
- Strong computer literacy – proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent interpersonal skills: communicative, honest, meticulous, and empathetic.
- Professional appearance: neat, courteous, and friendly demeanor.
- Willingness to be placed at Klinik Ash‑shiddiq Ciwalen (Ciwalen, Bandung).
- Required documentation: cover letter, CV, photocopies of KTP, family card (KK), NPWP, and BPJS.
- Open to candidates of any gender.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
