We are a fast‑growing e‑commerce fulfillment company looking for a dedicated Petugas Penyortiran dan Pengemasan Olshop (Sorting and Packaging Officer) to join our warehouse team. This role is critical in ensuring that every online order is accurately sorted, securely packed, and shipped on time to our valued customers. Responsibilities
- Receive incoming product batches from the purchasing department and verify quantities against purchase orders.
- Sort items according to size, category, and destination using the store’s inventory management system.
- Prepare packages by selecting appropriate packing materials (boxes, bubble wrap, cushioning) to protect products during transit.
- Label each package with accurate shipping information, barcode, and handling instructions.
- Coordinate with the quality‑control team to ensure that any damaged or mismatched items are reported and re‑processed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to safety and hygiene standards.
- Assist in periodic stock counts and help reconcile any discrepancies.
- Participate in shift handovers, providing clear updates on pending orders and any operational issues.
- Stay flexible to work overtime during peak sales periods such as promotional events, holidays, and flash sales, with overtime compensation guaranteed.
- Collaborate closely with fellow warehouse staff, supervisors, and the customer service team to resolve any order‑related inquiries quickly.
Requirements
- Female (Muslimah) aged 30 years or younger.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent (SMP acceptable if accompanied by relevant experience).
- Demonstrated honesty, strong discipline, and a commitment to punctual attendance.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate politely with colleagues.
- Willingness to perform overtime when required; overtime will be paid according to company policy.
- Basic literacy in Indonesian and familiarity with a store management system or inventory software.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift items up to 15 kg safely.
- No prior professional experience required, but any previous exposure to warehouse or retail operations is a plus.
