Introduction

We are seeking a motivated Admin Penyaluran Bisnis to join our dynamic team in Cilegon, serving the greater Jabodetabek Selatan area. This role is a crucial link between our Business Channeling partners and the credit processing department, ensuring that every loan application is accurately captured, evaluated, and communicated. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, possesses strong computer literacy, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment where teamwork and integrity are paramount.

As part of a leading financial services provider, you will contribute to the growth of small‑ and medium‑sized enterprises (SMEs) by facilitating smooth loan disbursement processes. Your work will directly impact the ability of businesses to access financing, helping them expand operations, create jobs, and stimulate the local economy.

Responsibilities

  • Follow up on incoming orders generated through the Business Channeling platform, ensuring timely acknowledgment and processing.
  • Collect, verify, and upload complete consumer and financing object data into the ACCTION system, maintaining high data integrity.
  • Enter order information received via dicicilaja into the system, adhering to established formatting and validation rules.
  • Review credit applications against RAC (Risk Assessment Committee) outcomes and consumer grading, flagging any discrepancies for further review.
  • Communicate credit approval or rejection decisions to applicants promptly and professionally, providing clear explanations and next steps.
  • Generate and dispatch survey orders to the Survey Operations Center (SOC) to initiate on‑site verification when required.
  • Collaborate closely with the Service Help Center (SHC) to coordinate ongoing consumer orders and resolve any pending issues.
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of all customer interactions, ensuring traceability for audit purposes.
  • Assist in preparing periodic reports on order volumes, processing times, and approval rates for management review.
  • Continuously suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce errors, and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age: not older than 30 years.
  • At least 1 year of relevant administrative or credit processing experience.
  • Proficient computer skills, especially with data entry, spreadsheet manipulation, and familiarity with credit management systems.
  • Strong analytical ability to assess documentation and identify missing information.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with customers, SOC, and internal teams.
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and a reputation for integrity.
  • Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
  • Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00, with occasional overtime during peak periods.
