Introduction
Home Credit Indonesia is seeking energetic and customer‑focused individuals to join our team as Sales Associate – Customer Relations and Product Solutions. This role is based in the vibrant market of Kuantan Singingi and its surrounding areas, where you will represent Home Credit at partner outlets located in both street‑level and mall environments. As a front‑line ambassador, you will play a pivotal part in delivering seamless payment experiences, promoting our financing solutions, and building lasting relationships with customers.
Responsibilities
- Actively market and sell Home Credit payment products to consumers at partner retail outlets.
- Engage with potential customers through face‑to‑face interactions, explaining financing options, eligibility criteria, and repayment plans.
- Utilize social media platforms to create engaging content, promote financing offers, and drive traffic to partner locations.
- Guide customers through the application and payment process, ensuring a smooth and compliant experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional presentation of the sales area, reflecting Home Credit’s brand standards.
- Collect and verify required documentation, input data accurately into the company’s CRM system, and follow up on pending applications.
- Identify upsell opportunities, suggest additional Home Credit products, and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Provide timely feedback to management regarding market trends, customer concerns, and competitive activities.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay up‑to‑date with product knowledge, sales techniques, and regulatory requirements.
- Adhere to the assigned work schedule: Tuesday to Sunday, 08:00 – 17:00, and maintain punctuality and attendance.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; candidates with prior work experience are preferred.
- Age not exceeding 35 years.

- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; ability to convey information clearly and persuasively.

- Ownership of an Android smartphone for mobile reporting and social‑media activities.
