Responsibilities
- Greet every customer with a warm and professional attitude, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Present detailed information about Xiaomi smartphones, tablets, wearables, and related accessories, including current bundling packages and promotional offers.
- Assess each customer’s usage patterns, budget constraints, and preferences to recommend the most suitable gadget solutions.
- Demonstrate product features hands‑on, highlighting key specifications such as battery life, camera performance, and software capabilities.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing product display that follows Xiaomi’s brand guidelines.
- Process sales transactions accurately, handle cash or electronic payments, and ensure proper documentation.
- Prepare and submit daily sales reports, tracking units sold, revenue generated, and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with the store manager and fellow team members to achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Participate in regular product training sessions to stay current on new releases and emerging technologies.
- Assist in inventory checks, restocking shelves, and reporting any stock discrepancies.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 30 years or younger.
- Gender: Female (as specified by the client’s demographic focus).
- At least 1 year of proven experience as a sales counter associate or handset promoter.
- Solid understanding of basic gadget specifications (processor, RAM, storage, camera, battery, etc.) and the ability to explain them clearly.
- Excellent communication skills, with a polished appearance and strong customer‑service orientation.
- Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team setting.
- Preferred residence in Kota Bitung, ensuring reliable punctuality and local market knowledge.
- Key soft skills: adaptability, sales‑driven mindset, problem‑solving, and resilience under pressure.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 10:00 – 20:00.
