Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Kepala Outlet to lead our Pekanbaru location. This pivotal role combines operational oversight, sales leadership, and customer relationship management to drive growth and ensure an exceptional in‑store experience. The ideal candidate is a proactive female professional under the age of 35, with a solid foundation in retail sales, social media marketing, and team supervision.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all day‑to‑day operational activities of the outlet, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company standards.
- Manage and mentor a team of technicians, setting performance targets, conducting regular coaching sessions, and evaluating outcomes.
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies that increase foot traffic, boost average transaction value, and meet monthly revenue goals.
- Promote products and services through both traditional in‑store techniques and digital channels such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while actively seeking new prospects.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and ensure merchandise is presented according to visual merchandising guidelines.
- Analyze sales data, prepare performance reports, and present actionable insights to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements, including proper handling of customer data.
- Maintain a flexible schedule, including availability on Saturdays and Sundays, to support peak business periods.
- Utilize personal transportation (motorcycle) and a valid SIM A to travel between the outlet, supplier locations, and customer sites as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Gender: Female.
- Age: 35 years or younger.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in sales, retail, or outlet management.
- Hands‑on experience managing social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) for brand promotion.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team‑building skills with a track record of motivating staff.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with clear performance metrics.
- Own a reliable motorcycle and possess an active SIM A; ability to drive a car is a plus.
- Proficiency in digital advertising tools such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and Instagram Ads.
