Introduction
PT Asikmakan Foods Indonesia is seeking a highly motivated and detail‑oriented professional to join its finance team as a Senior Finance & Accounting Specialist. This role is ideal for individuals with a solid background in financial reporting, accounts payable/receivable, and cash‑flow management who thrive in a fast‑moving e‑commerce or trading environment. The successful candidate will work on‑site at our modern office in PIK 2 (Rukan Osaka) and will play a pivotal part in ensuring the financial health and regulatory compliance of the company.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, consolidate, and analyze monthly and annual financial statements with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
- Oversee the full cycle of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), including invoice verification, vendor payments, and collection activities.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations, monitor cash flow, and forecast short‑term liquidity needs.
- Maintain organized financial documentation, ensuring adherence to internal controls and statutory filing requirements.
- Administer payroll processing, coordinate with HR, and handle basic tax obligations such as PPh 21 and other statutory contributions.
- Collaborate with operational departments to develop, track, and adjust budgets, providing insights that support strategic decision‑making.
- Support internal audits by supplying requested schedules, explanations, and reconciliations.
- Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel functions (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, array formulas) to streamline reporting and data analysis.
- Identify process improvement opportunities within the finance function and propose automation or best‑practice solutions.
- Mentor junior finance staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 3 years of hands‑on experience in finance or accounting, preferably within the e‑commerce or trading sector.
- Strong understanding of the full accounting cycle, including journal entries, trial balances, and financial statement preparation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, especially VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic accounting formulas.
- Excellent analytical skills, high integrity, meticulous attention to detail, and disciplined work habits.
- Effective communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and adapt to a dynamic, high‑growth environment.
- Willingness to work on‑site at the PIK 2 (Rukan Osaka) office, Monday to Saturday, 09:00–18:00.
