Introduction
The Mitra Collection Back End (MCBE) position based in Banda Aceh (Teuku Umar) is a pivotal role within our multifinance organization, focused on managing overdue accounts receivable (A/R) and supporting the recovery of problematic loan units. This role is ideal for individuals who are diligent, target‑driven, and possess strong interpersonal skills. Responsibilities
- Oversee and ensure timely execution of overdue A/R collection activities, adhering to company policies and legal regulations.
- Conduct on‑site visits to borrowers for direct payment negotiations and relationship building.
- Assist branch offices in handling partners or borrowers who are experiencing financial difficulty, providing guidance on restructuring or settlement options.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly collection targets set by senior management, contributing to overall portfolio health.
- Execute the retrieval of assets or units from borrowers who default, coordinating with legal and security teams as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of all collection interactions, updating the CRM system promptly to reflect payment status and borrower communication.
- Collaborate with the credit risk department to identify early warning signals and propose proactive mitigation strategies.
- Prepare regular reports on collection performance, overdue trends, and recovery outcomes for senior leadership review.
Requirements
- Education: All educational levels are accepted; a high school diploma is the minimum requirement.
- Age: Must be 18 years or older, with a maximum age limit of 65 years.
- Gender: Male candidates only.
- Experience: Open to candidates with no prior experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding of multifinance business processes and a strong orientation toward meeting targets.
- Core Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, effective negotiation tactics, high integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Additional Assets: Possession of a SPPI (Surat Pengantar Penghargaan Investasi) card is a plus but not mandatory.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with credit monitoring, loan processing, debt collection procedures, and strong interpersonal communication.
- Work Schedule: Flexible hours, Monday through Sunday, from 08:00 to 16:00.
