As the company continues to expand its market reach, we are seeking a diligent and detail‑oriented Accounting Staff member to join our finance team. This role is ideal for a female professional with a solid foundation in accounting, a passion for accuracy, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast‑moving environment.
Responsibilities
- Input and verify purchase invoices, ensuring they match purchase orders and goods received in the warehouse.
- Record and control office operational expenses, maintaining up‑to‑date expense ledgers.
- Perform daily cash and bank reconciliations to guarantee the integrity of financial records.
- Prepare simple yet accurate financial statements and monthly reports for management review.
- Maintain organized archives of purchase and payment documents for audit readiness.
- Enter journal entries and post accounting transactions into the Accurate accounting system.
- Assist with basic tax compliance tasks, such as preparing supporting documentation for VAT and corporate tax filings.
- Collaborate closely with procurement, warehouse, and HR teams to ensure seamless financial workflows.
- Support internal and external audit processes by providing required documentation and explanations.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMK Accounting, D3, or S1 in Accounting.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in accounting, preferably in accounts receivable/payable (AR/AP) or general ledger functions.
- Proficiency with the Accurate accounting software is highly desirable.
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel and Word for data analysis and report generation.
- Excellent numerical aptitude, meticulous attention to detail, and strong mathematical skills.
- High level of integrity, honesty, and the ability to work independently while being a team player.
- Effective communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Female candidates only; age not exceeding 38 years.
