Introduction

The Administrator Administrasi Perusahaan position is a vital entry‑level role within Meubel Bang Hasyim Tanggul, a leading furniture manufacturer and retailer located in the bustling Tanggul district. Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain physical and digital filing systems for contracts, invoices, purchase orders, and employee records.
  • Coordinate daily office activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking accurate minutes.
  • Assist the sales department by preparing product quotations, processing orders, and following up on delivery status.
  • Provide front‑desk support by greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries to the appropriate department.
  • Operate company vehicles responsibly, ensuring timely transport of documents, samples, or small furniture items; maintain a valid Sim A.
  • Explain furniture product features, specifications, and warranty terms to customers in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Handle customer service interactions—both in‑person and via telephone or email—delivering friendly, responsive, and solution‑oriented support.
  • Maintain inventory logs for office supplies and coordinate re‑ordering to avoid shortages.
  • Prepare routine reports on office performance, attendance, and daily sales activities for senior management.
  • Uphold company policies regarding confidentiality, data protection, and workplace safety.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age: Under 30 years old; unmarried status preferred to align with relocation flexibility.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Valid Indonesian driver’s license (Sim A) with a clean driving record.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills; ability to explain furniture products confidently.
  • Strong customer‑service orientation—friendly, responsive, and able to handle inquiries politely.
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated honesty, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Willingness to be based at the Meubel Bang Hasyim Tanggul facility and work a Monday‑Saturday schedule (08:00‑17:00).
  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email, and inventory management software).
