The successful candidate will work directly in the field, conducting visits and phone communications with borrowers, and will be an ambassador of BCA Finance’s commitment to professional service and data privacy.

Responsibilities
- Conduct reminder calls and on‑site visits to consumers whose payments have passed the due date.
- Observe and document customer behavior, payment patterns, and any obstacles to repayment.
- Analyze overdue accounts to identify root causes and propose appropriate collection strategies.
- Negotiate payment plans while preserving a positive and respectful relationship with each borrower.
- Prepare detailed reports on collection activities, outcomes, and recommendations for senior management.
- Collaborate with internal credit, legal, and customer service teams to resolve complex cases.
- Maintain strict compliance with UU No. 27 Tahun 2022 on Personal Data Protection, ensuring all consumer data is handled securely.
- Provide feedback from the field to improve product offerings, communication scripts, and risk assessment models.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on regulatory changes, collection best practices, and BCA Finance policies.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate) or S1 (Bachelor) in any discipline with a GPA of at least 2.50.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; prior experience is not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to convey information clearly over the phone and in person.
- Proactive attitude with a genuine interest in field work and problem solving.
- Valid SIM C driver’s license and ownership of a reliable motorcycle for daily travel.
- Residence in Banjarmasin or surrounding areas, with willingness to be stationed at the BCA Finance Banjarmasin branch.
- Ability to work Monday‑Friday, 08:30‑17:30, and manage a flexible schedule for customer visits.
