We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Barista Profesional Penyaji Minuman Kopi to join our vibrant café team. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee‑based drinks, teas, and specialty beverages in accordance with company standards.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the café, including tables, equipment, and back‑of‑house areas.
- Provide friendly, attentive service to every customer, ensuring a memorable experience that encourages repeat visits.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies, and communicate needs to the manager.
- Generate accurate daily reports on sales, waste, and stock usage for management review.
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee‑making equipment safely and efficiently.
- Adhere to health, safety, and food‑handling regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to handle peak‑hour traffic and maintain smooth service flow.
- Suggest and promote new menu items or seasonal specials to boost sales.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a barista or in a similar customer‑service role.
- All education levels accepted; a passion for learning about coffee is essential.
- Female candidates only, as specified by the hiring policy.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure, especially during busy periods.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order taking.
- Attention to detail in drink preparation and presentation.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and familiarity with daily reporting tools.
