Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages according to company recipes and quality standards.
- Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic cocktails, ensuring precise measurements and presentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service area, including bar, coffee station, and equipment.
- Engage with customers, take orders, answer menu questions, and provide personalized recommendations.
- Handle cash transactions, process POS orders, and reconcile daily sales reports.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timing of food and drink orders for smooth service flow.
- Monitor inventory levels, assist in ordering supplies, and perform regular stock checks.
- Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation regulations, conducting routine cleaning of workstations and equipment.
- Participate in regular training sessions, product tastings, and team meetings to stay updated on new menu items and service techniques.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures, including setting up displays, securing the premises, and completing end‑of‑day paperwork.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar barista, bartender, or hospitality role.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to converse clearly and courteously with guests.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, with occasional shifts for special events.
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing methods, cocktail mixing, and beverage presentation.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude toward customer service.
