Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and detail‑oriented Event Publication Specialist to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in planning, executing, and promoting a wide range of events—from corporate conferences and product launches to cultural festivals and brand activations. The ideal candidate will blend strong event management knowledge with creative design skills, ensuring every event is flawlessly organized, visually compelling, and effectively communicated across all media channels.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute events from concept to completion, including timeline creation, task delegation, and on‑site management.
- Develop and manage event budgets, monitor expenditures, and negotiate with suppliers to maximize cost efficiency.
- Design promotional materials such as flyers, social media graphics, banners, and décor concepts using Canva, Photoshop, and other design tools.
- Maintain and grow event‑related social media accounts, crafting engaging posts, stories, and paid campaigns to boost attendance.
- Coordinate with vendors, venues, catering teams, AV technicians, and other partners to ensure all logistical needs are met.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, handling registration, hospitality, and on‑site assistance.
- Capture high‑quality photos and videos during events, edit content, and produce post‑event reports and highlight reels.
- Conduct post‑event evaluations, gathering feedback, analyzing performance metrics, and recommending improvements for future initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with internal marketing, sales, and product teams to align event objectives with overall brand strategy.
- Provide after‑hours support and be willing to work overtime during peak event periods.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate or Bachelor’s) – preferably in Event Management, Visual Communication Design (DKV), or a related field.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in event coordination, event design, or related creative roles; fresh graduates with strong internships are also welcome.
- Proficient in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
- Creative mindset, adaptability, and the ability to thrive under pressure and tight deadlines.
