We are seeking a motivated Staff Penagihan Lapangan to join our growing team in Manado. This frontline collection role is essential to maintaining healthy cash flow and fostering strong, trust‑based relationships with our valued customers. The successful candidate will work directly with borrowers to manage installment payments, explain obligations, and provide constructive solutions for timely repayment. The position offers a stable Monday‑to‑Saturday schedule with a clear path for professional development within the financial services sector.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct field visits to customers to collect scheduled loan installments and ensure accurate receipt of payments.
  • Explain borrowers’ contractual obligations, the impact of late payments, and available options for restructuring or deferral.
  • Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor to preserve goodwill and long‑term relationships with clients.
  • Document all collection activities in the company’s CRM system, including payment confirmations, promises to pay, and any disputes.
  • Coordinate with the internal credit and risk teams to flag high‑risk accounts and recommend appropriate follow‑up actions.
  • Prepare daily and weekly reports summarizing collection performance, outstanding balances, and recovery rates.
  • Participate in regular training sessions on compliance, negotiation techniques, and financial literacy to continuously improve service quality.
  • Adhere to all regulatory requirements and company policies regarding debt collection, data privacy, and consumer protection.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Maximum age: 35 years.
  • Gender: Male (as stipulated by the client’s operational guidelines).
  • No prior experience required; fresh graduates with a strong work ethic are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent verbal communication and active‑listening skills to convey complex financial terms in simple language.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate, resolve conflicts, and influence outcomes positively.
  • Basic numeracy and proficiency with handheld devices or mobile apps for on‑site data entry.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a willingness to travel within the Manado region on a regular basis.
