Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide product recommendations that align with their dietary preferences.
- Prepare salads, sandwiches, and other menu items following Salad Hut’s standardized recipes and portion controls.
- Maintain strict hygiene and food safety practices, including regular cleaning of workstations, equipment, and dining areas.
- Monitor inventory levels of fresh produce, packaging, and consumables; report shortages and assist with stock replenishment.
- Operate point‑of‑sale (POS) systems, handle cash transactions, and ensure daily cash reconciliation.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and front‑of‑house teams to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
- Participate in scheduled shift rotations and be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and occasional overtime as needed.
- Attend mandatory training sessions at the Head Office in Green Lake City, Tangerang, and apply learned best practices on the floor.
- Support promotional activities, upselling initiatives, and customer feedback collection to drive sales growth.
- Assist in the regular audit of equipment, ensuring that all tools are functional and properly maintained.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of work experience, preferably in a kitchen or food‑service environment.
- Passion for cooking and a genuine interest in healthy, fresh food concepts.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a dedication to delivering excellent customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, handle multiple tasks, and stay organized under pressure.
- Willingness to work shift schedules (06:00 – 22:00) and to be assigned to any Salad Hut outlet within Jakarta, Tangerang, Depok, Bekasi, or surrounding areas.
- Flexibility to rotate between outlets and to attend training at the corporate headquarters.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and equipment handling.
