Introduction
We are seeking energetic and reliable individuals for the position of Picker (with additional Packer responsibilities) at our warehouse located in Kabupaten Bekasi. This role is a vital part of our supply‑chain operations, ensuring that customer orders are processed quickly, accurately, and safely. Ideal candidates are male, under 35 years of age, and have at least a junior high school education (SMP/MTS or equivalent). No prior experience is required, making this an excellent entry‑level opportunity for those who are detail‑oriented and eager to grow within a fast‑paced logistics environment.
Responsibilities
- Order Monitoring: Continuously track new orders that enter the system, ensuring no order is missed.
- Invoice Printing: Print inventory (inv) orders promptly to provide a physical reference for picking.
- Picking: Locate and retrieve items from storage shelves exactly as listed on the printed inv order, verifying quantity and condition.
- Barcode Scanning: Scan each item’s barcode to confirm it matches the order specifications and to update inventory in real time.
- Packing: Place items into appropriate packaging, adhering to size, weight, and safety guidelines set by the company.
- Driver Coordination: Use the warehouse management system to call the designated driver, transmit the order details, and load the packed items into the driver’s bag.
- Quality Assurance: Perform final checks for correct labeling, secure sealing, and proper documentation before hand‑off.
- Continuous Improvement: Suggest process enhancements, report recurring issues, and participate in periodic training sessions.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- Gender: Male.
- Age: 35 years old or younger.
- Physical ability to lift moderate loads (up to 20 kg) and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
- Basic computer literacy – comfortable using warehouse management software and handheld barcode scanners.
- Good communication skills for coordinating with drivers and other warehouse staff.
- Reliability and punctuality – shift hours are from 08:00 to 17:00, with exact workdays to be confirmed.
