Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture collaborative relationships with potential agents through regular communication, face‑to‑face meetings, and follow‑up activities.
- Guide agents through the complete credit application workflow, from data entry of borrower information to submission of supporting documents.
- Monitor the end‑to‑end loan processing cycle to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Take ownership of booking targets, tracking key performance indicators such as number of applications submitted, approval rates, and overall booking quality.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for senior management, highlighting successes, challenges, and actionable insights.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams—including underwriting, risk management, and customer service—to resolve issues that may arise during the credit assessment process.
- Participate in regional marketing initiatives, trade shows, and community events to raise brand awareness and attract new agent partners.
- Continuously update personal knowledge of financial products, market trends, and competitive offerings to provide informed recommendations to agents.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 40 years old.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: No prior experience required; fresh graduates with a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with 3ds Max is a plus, demonstrating an ability to work with visual presentation tools.
