Introduction
The Account Officer position for the Cabang Tanete Riattang Barat branch is an entry‑level role designed for motivated individuals who are eager to develop a career in financial services, partnership development, and customer relationship management. Responsibilities
- Proactively market the company’s products and services to potential partners (Calon Mitra) through phone calls, visits, and digital channels.
- Conduct thorough feasibility surveys to assess the financial, operational, and regulatory suitability of each prospective partner.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on survey findings, highlighting risks and opportunities for senior management.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, legal, finance) to streamline the onboarding process for new partners.
- Manage the full billing cycle: generate invoices, track payments, and follow up on overdue accounts to ensure cash‑flow stability.
- Maintain accurate records in the company’s CRM system, updating partner profiles and transaction histories.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering partner inquiries promptly and resolving any disputes in a professional manner.
- Participate in weekly team meetings to share market insights, discuss challenges, and propose process improvements.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Maximum age: 33 years.
