Adira Finance is seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Officer (Regional – Belitung) to join our expanding team across all branches in Sumatra. The successful candidate will act as a key liaison between the company and both existing and prospective customers, driving product adoption and supporting the financial goals of our distribution network. Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Adira Finance’s portfolio of loan and financing products to existing clients and new prospects within the Belitung region.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, dealers, and individual customers to secure repeat business and referrals.
- Collect initial customer data, verify information, and prepare complete credit applications in accordance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Monitor the progress of each credit application, providing timely updates to dealers and customers and communicating final credit decisions.
- Explain repayment schedules, due dates, payment locations, and any additional terms to ensure customers understand their obligations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by implementing effective negotiation techniques and tailored sales strategies.
- Prepare regular sales reports, market feedback, and competitor analysis for senior management.
- Participate in regional sales meetings, training sessions, and product knowledge workshops to continuously improve performance.
- Travel within the assigned territory using a personal vehicle, ensuring prompt service and coverage of all key market areas.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (all majors accepted); recent graduates are welcome to apply.
- Maximum age: 30 years.
- At least 1 year of experience in B2C sales, credit sales, or a related financial services role (experience is a strong plus).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to negotiate and close deals.
- High level of integrity, diligence, attention to detail, and honesty in handling confidential customer data.
- Self‑motivated, resilient, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with the wider team.
- Own a valid driver’s license (SIM A/C) and a reliable personal vehicle for field work.
- Core competencies: sales management, customer relationship management, target‑driven mindset, and strong problem‑solving abilities.
