Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Communications Executive to join our vibrant hospitality team. This role is pivotal in shaping the brand narrative, driving guest engagement, and supporting revenue growth across our international hotel portfolio. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing communication plans that align with the hotel’s brand positioning and business objectives.
- Produce compelling content for digital channels, print collateral, press releases, and internal communications.
- Manage the Visual Hotel Program (VHP) system to ensure accurate visual representation of rooms, facilities, and promotional offers.
- Coordinate pre‑opening marketing activities, including market research, teaser campaigns, and launch events.
- Lead cross‑functional teams—including sales, revenue management, and operations—to deliver consistent messaging.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Maintain strong relationships with media outlets, travel influencers, and industry partners to secure coverage and collaborations.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of weekly and monthly performance reports for senior management.
- Ensure all communications adhere to brand guidelines, legal standards, and cultural sensitivities.
- Foster a collaborative environment, mentoring junior staff and encouraging innovative ideas.
Requirements
- Minimum of D3/D4 (associate) degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience within an international hotel chain, preferably in a similar marketing communications role.
- Proficiency with the Visual Hotel Program (VHP) system is highly desirable.
- Hands‑on experience with pre‑opening projects will be considered a strong advantage.
- Exceptional leadership abilities with a proven track record of guiding multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken, in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Team‑player attitude combined with a results‑oriented mindset and a proactive work ethic.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, with occasional weekend or evening events as required.
