Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
- Monitor inventory levels, perform regular cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies to maintain accurate stock records.
- Lead a team of warehouse associates, providing clear instructions, training, and performance feedback.
- Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) that promote safety, efficiency, and compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with procurement, sales, and customer service departments to align warehouse operations with overall business goals.
- Utilize basic warehouse management software to track orders, generate reports, and identify bottlenecks.
- Produce engaging video content that showcases warehouse processes, safety practices, or product highlights.
- Edit raw footage using video‑editing applications, add captions, graphics, and music to create polished final products.
- Optimize videos for social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok) by applying SEO‑friendly titles, descriptions, and tags to increase reach and interaction.
- Analyze video performance metrics and adjust content strategies to maximize engagement and conversion.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard‑free work environment, conducting regular safety audits.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting process enhancements based on data insights.
Requirements
- Maximum age: 30 years.
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
