Responsibilities
- Direct incoming and outgoing vehicles to appropriate parking zones, ensuring optimal utilization of space.
- Collect parking fees, issue tickets, and manage cash or electronic transactions with accuracy.
- Monitor the parking area for safety hazards, illegal parking, and any suspicious activities, reporting incidents promptly.
- Maintain clear communication with drivers, providing assistance, answering queries, and delivering courteous customer service.
- Operate and oversee the proper use of parking equipment, including barriers, ticket dispensers, and, when required, forklift handling for loading zones.
- Conduct regular inspections of the facility to ensure cleanliness, proper signage, and functional lighting.
- Collaborate with security personnel and local authorities during emergencies or traffic disruptions.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on occupancy rates, revenue collection, and incident logs.
- Assist in training new staff members on operational procedures and company standards.
- Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the company’s reputation for reliability and integrity.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Maximum 35 years.
- Gender: Male (Laki‑laki).
- Residence: Must live in Tasikmalaya or surrounding areas.
- Professional appearance and neat grooming.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Honesty, responsibility, and a high level of integrity.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Capable of handling stressful situations and working under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of forklift operation is a plus.
- Flexibility to work Monday‑Friday, 08:00‑17:00.
