Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, coordinating both the service floor and kitchen to maintain smooth workflow.
- Ensure adherence to established service standards, food safety protocols, and quality benchmarks at all times.
- Develop, publish, and manage staff schedules, aligning shift coverage with peak traffic periods while respecting labor regulations.
- Address and resolve customer complaints promptly, turning potential issues into positive experiences.
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, beverages, and supplies; conduct regular stocktakes and coordinate with vendors to prevent shortages.

Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of proven experience as a Supervisor or Leader in the F&B sector.
- Strong leadership qualities with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to make decisive, disciplined decisions while maintaining a customer‑centric mindset.
- Proficiency in inventory management, cost control, and basic financial reporting.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays; willingness to start work at 12:00 PM and finish at 8:00 PM, Tuesday through Sunday.
- Resides in Surabaya or is willing to relocate; local candidates are preferred.
