Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough client intake assessments to understand individual health needs and preferences.
- Deliver high‑quality reflexology and other therapeutic spa treatments in accordance with established protocols.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting treatment environment, adhering to hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Document each session accurately, including treatment details, client feedback, and any recommendations for follow‑up care.
- Collaborate closely with reception staff, managers, and fellow therapists to ensure seamless scheduling and resource allocation.
- Provide clear, empathetic communication about treatment processes, post‑session care, and product usage.
- Identify opportunities to recommend complementary services or retail products, supporting the center’s revenue goals.
- Stay current with industry trends, new techniques, and continuing education opportunities to enhance service quality.
- Participate in regular team meetings, training sessions, and community outreach events.
- Handle client concerns promptly and professionally, turning challenges into positive experiences.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (or equivalent) in Massage Therapy, Reflexology, or related health field.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in a spa or therapeutic setting.
- Demonstrated patience, empathy, and high energy levels when working with diverse client populations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and preferably basic English.
- Detail‑oriented mindset with strong organizational abilities.
