Introduction

PT Adira Finance, a leading provider of consumer financing solutions in Indonesia, is looking for a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Officer to join its Payakumbuh branch. This role is pivotal in expanding our network of partners, driving credit‑based sales, and ensuring a seamless financing experience for end‑consumers. The successful candidate will work closely with the Sales Head – Channeling and will be responsible for meeting aggressive sales targets while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the full sales cycle in accordance with the strategic direction set by the Sales Head – Channeling, from prospecting to closing, to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Identify, approach, and onboard new order sources, including AXI agents, durable goods stores, merchant partners, and other Adira Finance channels.
  • Maintain and deepen relationships with existing partners through regular visits, performance reviews, and joint promotional activities.
  • Collect, verify, and process consumer credit applications, ensuring all required documentation is complete, authentic, and entered accurately into the Initial Data system.
  • Conduct vehicle or equipment appraisals (taksasi) for financing proposals, securing approval from the Sales Head before submission.
  • Perform on‑site consumer surveys, capture feedback, and upload detailed reports into the internal application platform, adhering strictly to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the credit risk and underwriting teams to resolve any document discrepancies or risk concerns.
  • Provide timely market intelligence on competitor activities, emerging financing trends, and customer preferences to support product development.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings, share best practices, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Comply with all internal controls, anti‑fraud measures, and the ethical standards expected of an Adira Finance representative.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum D3/D4 degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Age: 30 years old or younger.
  • Gender: Male (as per current operational policy).
  • Work Experience: At least 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in consumer finance, automotive, or durable goods sectors.
  • Core Skills:
    • Strong sales orientation with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
    • Ability to analyse credit documents and conduct accurate appraisals.
    • Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with CRM or loan origination systems.
    • High level of integrity, attention to detail, and adherence to compliance standards.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Customer‑focused mindset with a proactive problem‑solving attitude.
    • Team player who can collaborate across departments.
    • Resilience under pressure and ability to manage multiple priorities.
    • Strong organizational skills and the capacity to work independently.
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
