Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient interviews and physical examinations to assess health status and identify medical concerns.
- Develop accurate diagnoses and create individualized treatment plans, including prescribing medications and recommending therapeutic interventions.
- Manage acute and chronic conditions, providing both routine follow‑up and urgent care as needed.
- Document all patient encounters in the electronic health record (EHR) system with precision, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate care with specialists, nurses, and allied health professionals to facilitate referrals and continuity of care.
- Lead health education initiatives, offering counseling on lifestyle modifications, disease prevention, and immunizations.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations, applying Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) protocols and other critical care procedures.
- Participate in regular clinical audits, case reviews, and quality improvement projects to enhance service delivery.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of medical guidelines, emerging therapies, and local health regulations.
- Uphold the clinic’s ethical standards, ensuring patient confidentiality and respectful communication at all times.
Requirements
- Medical degree from a recognized university; all educational levels are accepted as long as the candidate holds a valid medical license.
- Active Surat Tanda Registrasi (STR) for general practice.
- Current certifications in Hiperkes (Occupational Health) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
- Age 30 years or younger; both male and female applicants are welcome.
- Minimum of 0 years of professional experience – recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex medical information clearly to patients and families.
- Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and capacity to manage a high‑volume patient load.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Flexibility to work a Monday‑Saturday schedule, 08:00‑17:00, on a three‑month contract basis initially.
