Requirements
- Age: 19‑25 years (married or single); female candidates must wear hijab in accordance with company policy.
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Experience: Prior exposure to the F&B sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Physical & mental fitness: Must be in good health to handle the physical demands of a kitchen environment.
- Core competencies: Strong discipline, sense of responsibility, and a high work ethic.
- Technical skill: Ability to operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
