Introduction

We are seeking a motivated Sales Inbound (Telemarketing) professional to join our fast‑growing customer‑focused team. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in a dynamic environment, enjoy direct interaction with customers, and are driven by achieving measurable sales targets. The successful applicant will act as the front‑line voice of the company, delivering accurate information, resolving issues, and converting inquiries into lasting business relationships.

The position offers a full‑time schedule from Monday to Saturday, 09:00 – 17:00, with occasional after‑hours availability to respond to chat inquiries. No upper age limit is imposed, and candidates of any gender are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound customer calls, emails, and chat messages, providing courteous and professional service.
  • Gather customer requirements, present product or service solutions, and guide prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints promptly, escalating complex cases when necessary while maintaining a positive brand image.
  • Create, organize, and maintain accurate client documentation, ensuring all records are filed in the company’s CRM system.
  • Update client data on a regular basis, verifying contact information, purchase history, and interaction notes.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales achievement reports, highlighting key performance indicators such as conversion rates, average handling time, and revenue generated.
  • Produce clear, concise, and data‑driven reports that are easily accessible for management and cross‑functional teams.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product departments to relay customer feedback and identify opportunities for service improvement.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance standards.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism under pressure, meeting or exceeding individual and team targets.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in inbound sales, telemarketing, or a related customer‑service role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language abilities are a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and a results‑oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and PivotTables.
  • Solid computer literacy and experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to generate insightful reports.
  • Resilience and capacity to work effectively under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Willingness to work outside regular hours when needed to respond to customer chats or urgent inquiries.
  • Key soft skills: persuasive communication, active listening, negotiation, problem‑solving, and teamwork.
