Responsibilities
- Prepare and present food items in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to ensure consistent taste, appearance, and safety.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the outlet, including dining areas, kitchen stations, and storage spaces, following health‑code regulations.
- Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and provide courteous, professional service throughout their visit.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, fellow service crew, and management to ensure smooth operations and timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor inventory levels of consumables and report any shortages or equipment issues to the supervisor promptly.
- Handle cash transactions and operate point‑of‑sale (POS) systems with precision, ensuring correct billing and receipt generation.
- Participate in daily briefings, share feedback, and contribute ideas for improving service quality and operational efficiency.
- Adhere to scheduled work hours, including weekends, and demonstrate flexibility to cover shift changes when needed.
- Uphold the brand’s reputation by consistently delivering a friendly and professional image to every customer.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in the F&B or retail sector.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to convey information clearly and honestly.
- Demonstrated reliability, discipline, and a high level of personal responsibility.
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting and handle peak‑hour pressures.
- Willingness to work on weekends and flexible shift patterns.
- Residency in Kota Jambi or surrounding areas.
