Dazry Harapan, a fast‑growing player in the household‑care industry, is seeking a dynamic Sales Promotion Officer (SPO) to join its Medan team. The SPO will be the front‑line champion of our brand, responsible for creating eye‑catching promotions, building strong relationships with trade partners, and driving sales across modern trade (MT), traditional trade (GT), and the HoReCa (Hotel‑Restaurant‑Café) channel. This role offers an exciting mix of field work, event coordination, and strategic collaboration, ideal for a motivated professional who thrives on meeting targets and delivering memorable customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and execute sales promotion events, product tastings, and in‑store activations that align with brand objectives.
- Collaborate closely with the distributor network and sales‑mix partners to ensure optimal product placement and promotional compliance.
- Manage relationships with MT, GT, and HoReCa accounts, providing them with tailored promotional support and sales tools.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance against set targets; prepare clear reports and actionable insights for senior management.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities and potential threats.
- Maintain accurate records of promotional spend, inventory levels, and post‑event results.
- Utilize a personal two‑wheel vehicle to visit key retail locations and distributor warehouses within the Medan region.
- Act as a brand ambassador, delivering product knowledge training to retailer staff and ensuring a consistent brand experience.
- Respond promptly to internal and external inquiries via WhatsApp or email, providing professional support throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 40 years or younger; all genders are welcome to apply.

- Demonstrated ability to work with distributor mixes and execute successful promotional events.
- Valid motorcycle license (SIM C) and own two‑wheel vehicle.
- Residence in Medan or surrounding areas for easy commute.
- Strong target‑orientation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in basic office software and familiarity with sales tracking tools.
