Introduction

We are seeking a diligent Staff Administrasi Keuangan to join our finance team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial data, supporting day‑to‑day accounting operations, and maintaining compliance with corporate policies and Indonesian regulations. This full‑time position offers a stable Monday‑to‑Friday schedule, with working hours from 08:00 to 17:00.

Responsibilities

  • Record and verify all financial transactions, ensuring that entries are accurate, complete, and posted to the appropriate accounts.
  • Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports for internal review and external audits.
  • Manage and organize financial documents, invoices, receipts, and archival records in both physical and electronic formats.
  • Assist in the preparation of tax filings, payroll calculations, and statutory compliance documents.
  • Collaborate with the accounting department to reconcile bank statements, monitor cash flow, and resolve discrepancies.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and SAP ERP to automate routine tasks, generate financial statements, and improve data integrity.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting activities by providing accurate historical data and variance analysis.
  • Participate in internal audits, respond to auditor inquiries, and implement recommended improvements.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and adherence to legal and corporate standards.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum D3 in Economics or Accounting; a Bachelor’s degree (S1) is preferred.
  • Age: Up to 30 years old.
  • Gender: Male candidates only.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience in administration, finance, or accounting.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization).
    • Hands‑on experience with SAP (or similar ERP systems) for transaction entry and reporting.
    • Familiarity with ADC (Automated Data Capture) tools and SAP2000 for financial modeling is a plus.
  • Core Knowledge:
    • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial transaction recording, and tax regulations.
    • Ability to manage and archive financial documents with meticulous attention to detail.
    • Analytical mindset for financial analysis and problem‑solving.
  • Soft Skills: High accuracy, strong organizational abilities, excellent communication, and a commitment to ethical conduct.
