Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging English language lessons for preschool‑aged children (3‑5 years old) that align with the curriculum and developmental milestones.
- Implement age‑appropriate classroom management strategies to create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning atmosphere.
- Conduct regular assessments and observations to monitor each child’s progress, providing constructive feedback to parents and guardians.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers, administrators, and support staff to plan interdisciplinary projects and school events.
- Maintain clear and timely communication with parents, addressing concerns, sharing achievements, and offering guidance on supporting language development at home.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and visual aids that incorporate songs, games, storytelling, and technology to enhance language acquisition.
- Participate in continuous professional development workshops, training sessions, and staff meetings to stay current with early childhood education best practices.
- Support the school’s quality assurance processes by documenting classroom activities, attendance, and student records accurately.

Requirements
- Female applicant (as specified by the organization’s policy).
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Early Childhood Education, English Language Teaching, or a related discipline.
- At least 1 year of proven experience teaching preschool‑aged children, preferably in a bilingual or English immersion setting.
