Introduction
Adira Finance, a leading multifinance institution in Indonesia, is expanding its collection team in Muara Bulian, Jambi. We are seeking a motivated Collector who can drive timely recovery of overdue receivables while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity. This role is critical to maintaining healthy cash flow and supporting the company’s growth objectives across the region.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end‑to‑end collection process for accounts receivable (A/R) overdue, ensuring all actions are completed within defined timelines.
- Conduct daily monitoring of delinquent accounts, identify high‑risk customers, and prioritize collection activities accordingly.
- Initiate contact with borrowers via phone, email, and face‑to‑face visits to negotiate repayment plans that align with company policies.
- Document all collection interactions accurately in the CRM system, updating payment statuses and providing detailed reports to supervisors.
- Collaborate with the credit assessment team to verify customer information and resolve discrepancies that may affect repayment.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance metrics, including recovery rates, days past due, and forecasted cash inflows.
- Participate in regular training sessions on regulatory compliance, ethical collection practices, and effective negotiation techniques.
- Assist in developing and refining collection scripts and standard operating procedures to improve efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing borrower concerns with empathy while safeguarding the company’s interests.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate or Bachelor degree) in any field; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Male candidates, aged 30 years or younger.
- At least 1 year of experience in credit collection, loan recovery, or a related financial services role (experience is a plus but not mandatory).
- Strong understanding of multifinance business processes and a results‑driven mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation ability.
- High level of integrity, persistence, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Proficiency in credit monitoring, debt collection procedures, and basic computer applications.
- Willingness to work at the Adira Finance office located within the candidate’s domicile area.
- Availability to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
