Introduction

The Helper Store Penunjang Operasional Penjualan is a vital entry‑level position within our fast‑growing retail network in Tangerang Selatan and Jakarta Barat. As a member of the store operations team, you will support daily sales activities, ensure a clean and welcoming environment for customers, and assist senior staff in maintaining smooth store workflows. This role is ideal for motivated individuals who are eager to learn the fundamentals of retail operations while developing strong communication and customer‑service skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in opening and closing the store, including cash register reconciliation and securing inventory.
  • Maintain a tidy sales floor by regularly cleaning shelves, aisles, and display areas to meet hygiene standards.
  • Provide courteous and prompt assistance to customers, answering product inquiries and guiding them to appropriate sections.
  • Support inventory management by receiving shipments, labeling items, and performing stock counts.
  • Prepare merchandise for promotional displays and ensure price tags are accurate and visible.
  • Handle night‑shift duties such as restocking, floor checks, and preparing the store for the next business day.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to organize in‑store events, product launches, and seasonal sales campaigns.
  • Record daily operational reports, noting any discrepancies, maintenance needs, or customer feedback.
  • Uphold company policies on punctuality, dress code, and professional conduct at all times.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve personal performance and contribute ideas for operational efficiencies.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Open to candidates of all genders; residency in Tangerang Selatan or Jakarta Barat is required.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including early‑morning shifts (starting at 06:00) and night shifts as needed.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact politely and effectively with customers.
  • Demonstrated discipline, honesty, and a high level of personal cleanliness.
  • Ability to dress neatly and present a professional appearance.
  • Quick learner who can adapt to new procedures and tools quickly.
  • Basic numeracy and computer literacy for handling sales registers and inventory software.
  • No prior experience required; we provide comprehensive on‑the‑job training.
