Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, understand their needs, and provide product recommendations that enhance the shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the store’s point‑of‑sale system, handling cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring bakery displays are stocked and replenished throughout the shift.
- Assist in daily inventory checks, receive deliveries, and perform proper stock rotation to minimize waste.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards, including proper handling of baked goods and cleaning of equipment.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff and fellow crew members to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolve complaints professionally, and follow up to guarantee satisfaction.
- Participate in regular team briefings, share ideas for improving service, and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
- Work flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends, as required by the outlet’s operating hours (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00).
Requirements
- Gender: Female (preferred) – however, all qualified applicants are encouraged to apply.
- Age: Maximum 30 years.
- Education: Minimum SMA/K or equivalent; a D3/D4 qualification is a plus.
- Prior experience in a retail or FnB setting, especially bakery environments, is highly valued.
- Demonstrated ability to work neatly, efficiently, and with attention to detail (RAPI).
- Strong teamwork orientation and the ability to collaborate under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine service mindset.
- Residency near the Gubug outlet is preferred to ensure punctuality.
- Willingness to work shift schedules, including weekends.
- Familiarity with basic store management systems is advantageous.
