Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Barista to join our professional coffee shop team. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of espresso‑based drinks, brewed coffee, and specialty beverages according to standardized recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, equipment, and workstations throughout each shift.
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment safely, performing routine calibration and minor troubleshooting.
- Engage with customers, taking orders accurately, offering recommendations, and answering questions about coffee origins, flavor profiles, and brewing methods.
- Handle cash transactions, process digital payments, and reconcile the register at the end of each shift.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock coffee beans, milk, syrups, and consumables, and communicate supply needs to the store manager.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper food handling, allergen awareness, and sanitation protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during peak hours, supporting colleagues as needed.
- Continuously improve product knowledge through training sessions, tastings, and staying updated on industry trends.
- Contribute ideas for menu enhancements, promotional events, and community outreach initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 40 years old.

- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, including occasional holidays.
