The position is based in the Manado region, with a flexible placement policy that aligns with the candidate’s domicile and the company’s operational needs. Working hours are Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, offering a balanced schedule that supports both professional growth and personal commitments.
Responsibilities
- Execute targeted marketing campaigns for motor vehicle financing and refinancing products, leveraging market research to identify high‑potential customer segments.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Guide applicants through the credit application process, conduct thorough creditworthiness analyses, and present recommendations to the underwriting team.
- Monitor loan performance, proactively identify potential delinquencies, and implement corrective actions to maintain portfolio quality.
- Collaborate closely with the product development, risk management, and compliance departments to ensure all sales activities adhere to regulatory standards.
- Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, market insights, and performance dashboards to senior management.
- Participate in community events, seminars, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and attract new business opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate or Bachelor’s degree) in any discipline; a background in finance, economics, or business is advantageous.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in marketing, sales, or banking, preferably within motor vehicle financing or related financial services.
- Strong analytical abilities to assess credit risk, interpret sales data, and forecast market trends.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Professional appearance and demeanor, reflecting the bank’s high standards of client service.
- Willingness to be placed in a unit that aligns with the applicant’s residence and the company’s operational requirements.
