We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Officer – Banking to join our growing team in the Manado area. This role is pivotal in promoting our motor vehicle financing and refinancing solutions, building lasting relationships with customers and stakeholders, and ensuring the quality and profitability of our loan portfolio. The position is based in the Manado region, with a flexible placement policy that aligns with the candidate’s domicile and the company’s operational needs. Working hours are Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, offering a balanced schedule that supports both professional growth and personal commitments.

Responsibilities

  • Execute targeted marketing campaigns for motor vehicle financing and refinancing products, leveraging market research to identify high‑potential customer segments.
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Guide applicants through the credit application process, conduct thorough creditworthiness analyses, and present recommendations to the underwriting team.
  • Monitor loan performance, proactively identify potential delinquencies, and implement corrective actions to maintain portfolio quality.
  • Collaborate closely with the product development, risk management, and compliance departments to ensure all sales activities adhere to regulatory standards.
  • Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, market insights, and performance dashboards to senior management.
  • Participate in community events, seminars, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and attract new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate or Bachelor’s degree) in any discipline; a background in finance, economics, or business is advantageous.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in marketing, sales, or banking, preferably within motor vehicle financing or related financial services.
  • Strong analytical abilities to assess credit risk, interpret sales data, and forecast market trends.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor, reflecting the bank’s high standards of client service.
  • Willingness to be placed in a unit that aligns with the applicant’s residence and the company’s operational requirements.
  • Key soft skills: relationship building, public speaking, problem solving, and a customer‑centric attitude.
