As a key member of the sales and relationship management team, you will act as the bridge between BCA Finance’s financial solutions and the local market, helping to drive growth while adhering to the highest standards of data protection and professional conduct.
Responsibilities
- Promote BCA Finance’s portfolio of loan and financing products through direct outreach, events, and community networking.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities by establishing relationships with local merchants, SMEs, and individual borrowers.
- Conduct on‑site surveys and perform detailed credit‑worthiness analyses using BCA Finance’s proprietary tools and data sets.
- Collaborate with branch staff and underwriting teams to streamline application processes and accelerate approval timelines.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular market intelligence reports, highlighting competitive activities, emerging trends, and potential risks.
- Represent BCA Finance at local business forums, community gatherings, and promotional events to strengthen brand visibility.
- Ensure compliance with the Personal Data Protection Law (UU No. 27/2022) by handling client information responsibly and securely.
- Provide feedback to product development teams based on field observations and client needs.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum D3/D4; S1 candidates from any discipline are welcomed.
- Academic performance: GPA of at least 2.50.
- Gender: Male (as stipulated by the posting).
- Age: No upper age limit; candidates of any age meeting the other criteria are encouraged to apply.
- Experience: Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 0 years of relevant experience are eligible.
- Essential skills: Strong analytical ability, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a customer‑centric mindset.
- Must possess a valid Indonesian driving licence (SIM C) and own a motorbike for field visits.
- Residency: Must reside in Leuwiliang or nearby districts to ensure rapid response times.
- Willingness to work in a field environment, often outdoors and interacting directly with clients.
