Introduction

We are seeking a diligent Administrator Administrasi Ekspedisi to join our fast‑growing logistics team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that every shipment is accurately recorded, scheduled, and documented, supporting the seamless flow of goods from our warehouses to customers across the region. The ideal candidate is a detail‑oriented individual with at least one year of administrative experience in a shipping or freight environment, and who thrives in a dynamic, deadline‑driven setting.

Responsibilities

  • Enter and verify all shipment data into the company’s logistics management system, ensuring accuracy of item descriptions, quantities, and destination details.
  • Coordinate daily and weekly delivery schedules in collaboration with the expedition team, optimizing routes and load capacities.
  • Prepare, issue, and archive shipping documents such as delivery notes, waybills, and customs paperwork.
  • Track the status of outbound shipments, proactively addressing any delays or exceptions and informing relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date records of inventory movements, returns, and damaged goods, providing regular reports to the operations manager.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external partners regarding shipment inquiries, ensuring clear and courteous communication.
  • Assist in the periodic audit of logistics processes, recommending improvements that enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
  • Support the preparation of performance metrics and dashboards that help senior management monitor expedition KPIs.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age: Maximum 30 years.
  • Gender: Male.
  • Work Experience: At least 1 year of administrative experience in a logistics, shipping, or related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), familiarity with logistics software or ERP systems, and basic data entry speed.
  • Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication, good time‑management, problem‑solving ability, and teamwork orientation.
  • Work Schedule: 08:00 – 16:00, with specific work days to be communicated during onboarding.
